History
The Piramal Fellowship for Sustainable Business was established in 2010 to engage aspiring business and community leaders with the cutting edge of social enterprise. In return, the Piramal Fellowship aims to bring scalable social enterprises the resource the often need most: great and committed talent.
For Fellows, the Piramal Fellowship program is designed to do three things: (1) to thoroughly engage in the hard work involved in applying business solutions to social challenges, (2) to immerse in a leading enterprise with a position of responsibility, (3) to provide an opportunity, through first-hand experience and the Fellowship curriculum, to gain depth on the relationship between business practice, social impact, and sustainability.
For enterprises, the Piramal Fellowship program attracts strong talent with business experience to work with organizations to strengthen business models and reach goals, and helps foster a broader community of changemakers who believe in potential of impact-driven business.
