Company Background
Source for Change (SFC) is a rural back office processing unit (BPO) designed to create value-added, technology-based jobs in small towns and villages, primarily for women. Source for Change aims to present rural women a platform to be financially independent and to achieve greater social standing. The BPO currently has 135 seats, excellent infrastructure, and a passionate management team. SFC is located in Bagar, Jhunjhunu District, which is 200 km away from Jaipur, Rajasthan. SFC plans to grow to 250 seats in the immediate future and replicate its model to similar environments in Rajasthan and other parts of the country.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build SFC’s brand, including brand position, image, and collateral
- Evaluate opportunities for SFC to capture market share in a rapidly changing market
- Identify and build relationships with potential new clients
- Develop materials and processes to build SFC’s culture in a way that is consistent with its branding
Qualifications
- A college degree in a field related to business and/or relevant experience is preferred
- Demonstrated capacity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Passion for rural livelihoods
- Willingness to live in an isolated environment
- Working/conversational knowledge of Hindi is required
- Experience in the data services sector and/or consulting is preferred

- This role is based out of Bagar, Jhujhunu District, Rajasthan in India
- A/C and internet access may not be available on a continuous basis
